"Just wanted to let you know that the cake was phenomenal... and is being inhaled even as we speak by my grateful husband (what's left of it). The design was amazing - how the logo came out so perfectly, I'll never know, but everyone ooh'd and ahh'd and rolled their eyes to the heavens in wonderment, both looking at and eating it. It was the rare and perfect blend of beautiful visually and scrumptious to eat. And vegan to boot! Thank you, thank you, Chef Mayra."
