Welcome to the special ordering page for Vegans in Vegas. Here, you can place your breakfast order and sample the finest Vegan cuisine Las Vegas has to offer from Las Vegas’ premiere Vegan Chef, Chef Mayra! All choices listed in the menu items below are Organic, Non-GMO and Green. Please place your order here for Breakfast on Thursday, May 19, Friday, May 20 and Saturday, May 21, 2011. Please note Chef Mayra’s new restaurant, Pura Vida Bakery & Bystro, will be privately open for a Vegans in Vegas breakfast on Sunday, May 22, 2011 at 1236 Western Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89102, near Downtown Las Vegas.

Ordering Guidelines:

Orders must be placed before May 15, 2011 to receive “Early Bird” pricing. Orders will be taken by phone after May 15, 2011 and up to 24 hours prior to requested delivery time, so you can place your order even when you’re in Vegas! Call (702) 722-0108 to order after May 15, 2011.
If you prefer to order with a credit card by phone, please leave a message at (702) 722-0108. We’ll call you back to take your order as soon as possible.
No substitutions can be made for the menu items below, however, if you have any dietary concerns or allergies, please indicate these under “Add special instructions to the Seller” when you checkout via Paypal. Please also add your contact telephone number and email address in case we have any questions. We will be sure to accommodate you.
If you wish to order additional items after your initial order is placed, please indicate in “Add special instructions to the Seller” that you have a prior order. This way, we can ensure the new items are added to your order.

Refund Policy: We look forward to serving you but also understand that emergencies arise. If you need to cancel your order, 50% of your order total will be refunded 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. To cancel your order, please email Order@MyChefMayra.com with your request and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to order or your Paypal email address used to order. Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time to receive the 50% refund.

This delicious 3″x3″ carrot cake bread is moist, sexy and fresh. It is served with a yummy coconut drizzle on top.
Made with organic unbleached white and whole wheat flour, aluminum-free baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, organic spices, organic Grade B maple syrup, expeller pressed walnut oil, organic vanilla extract, organic grated carrots , organic walnuts, organic soy milk, unsweetened, organic unsulfured cranberries & raisins. The topping is made with organic coconut cream, organic powdered sugar and organic vanilla.

3″x3″ square. One of Chef Mayra’s personal favorite recipes. She says it’s one of the best items in her personal culinary bakery menu, but it’s so hard to choose!

3 – 2″x2″ squares that are great for a snack or to take on the run. Made with quick-cooking oats, apple juice, agave nectar, Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chips, dried cherries, raisins, medjool dates, hemp protein & seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, vanilla and almond butter. Gluten-Free.

Power Square Cookies - $5.00

These cookies are loaded with hemp & rice protein along with chia seeds, raisins, maple syrup, vegan chocolate chips, cinnamon and coconut. Cookies have approximately 18g protein, 4.5g fiber, are high in calcium and folic acid and are an excellent source of iron and vitamin D. They are Gluten-Free, not baked and a great low-sugar option when you’re on the go.
